Return requests require the following information:
- Invoice number
- LMC part number
- Serial number
- Reason for return

Return shipping address and instructions once you receive RMA number
- RMA approval numbers expire 21 days from issue date
- RMA number must be marked on shipping box
- Return shipments must be packed correctly to prevent shipping damage.
- Customer pays return shipping charges and LMC will pay for replacement shipment fees
